I used to think sales was all about convincing people to buy, but now I see it’s really about helping, listening, and building trust. My key takeaway is: “Selling is about helping, not pushing.”

 

It’s such a good reminder that effective sales and communication, in general, start with understanding people. 💬

Hello everyone! My name is Trisha Mae, and I’m currently a student. I’m really interested in learning more about marketing, sales, and business analytics as part of this study group. While I don’t work in a specific industry yet, I’m exploring fields like marketing and sales to see where I can apply my skills.
