Hello Guys My name is Narendra Jha.
I have arround 20 months of experience working with paisbazaar as a senior sales associate. Now I'm joining as a senior representative operations for international chat support in concentrix.
In sales what always worked for me is that you have to be patient and active listener,if you listen the customer properly and do enough proving with them it'll be much easier for you to close the deal.
Joining this study group is very good for me ,my future aim is CSM role so for that I want learn as much as I can

Sometimes the timing wasn't right and you have the opportunity to get a deal. With the knowledge I obtain I'm looking to expand my portfolio and close more deals.

This is my first post in the group! Nothing beats locking in at 9 PM on a Friday when distractions are at their lowest. I joined this group to start earning HubSpot certifications and set myself apart as I prepare for interviews.
I’m currently working toward the Inbound Sales Certification to build a stronger foundation for the Business Development Representative role. In such a competitive market, having an edge really matters — and there’s no better way to grow than by learning alongside like-minded individuals pursuing similar goals.
