Earlier had worked in both domestic & internation voice b2b,b2c in sales and customer support,tech support as an associate level to executive level to sme to 2nd team lead to team lead for U.S,Canadian,Australian based voice support for bpos for around 9+ years . currently not working and looking forward to enter in higher reposnsiblities handling posts related to EV sales or services and also worked in one of the largest,oldest photography companies in Inida handling Portrait Photography as well as direct walk-in's,sales & rarely esclations too.

What's one tactic you recommend to closing more deals?
listen to the customer,understand and deliver exact words what if your were cus you would please to listen it as a reply from a sales team just after you ever discussed your priorities and requirements. Bang customer will give his entire access to you n listen to you n you can close your pitch smoothly. (basically for understanding the customer listening is the key which will leads you towards smoother your run way to close your sale).

My name is Chris, and I am currently working as a Media Planner in the marketing and advertising industry. For the past five years, I have been helping brands optimize their media investments and drive measurable business results through data-driven strategies.
