One closing technique is to always make the customer the hero, don't make yourself the hero, focus on how you can support them to win. 

I've never had formal sales training and want to improve my sales acumen to help grow our business.

Try to engage the customer with offering the benefits that you´re selling, try to show to the cl that what are you offering is not what they want, is what they need, also try to build long short relationships with them

I’m getting back from my maternity leave and returning to sales. I have experience in B2B sales in manufacturing 🙂

One tactic I’ve found effective is focusing on understanding the client’s pain points first, then tailoring the solution specifically to their needs. Listening first, pitching second—it increases trust and conversion.

I’m hoping to learn best practices from peers, exchange strategies, and gain insights that can help me improve my sales approach, especially in tech and media environments.
