Current role: Career-changer, currently in training and building skills through HubSpot Academy.

One tactic I recommend for closing more deals:Know what you’re talking about, understand the motivations of the people you’re selling to, and make a compelling case that connects with them emotionally.

My startagy to close deal is understood customer problem and pitch them our product as a solution and till finalisation stage I send them information how product help them to solve problems and got benifit from their investment.
• Current role: I’m currently self-employed as a music producer, creating and distributing original tracks that have reached over 150,000 streams online. Alongside this, I have hands-on experience in customer service and warehouse operations, where I worked to tight targets and delivered results in fast-paced environments.
• Industry: My background spans creative industries (music production) and logistics, but I’m transitioning into a sales career — particularly inbound sales — because I enjoy problem-solving, building rapport, and helping customers find the right solution.
• One tactic I recommend to closing more deals: From my music collaborations and customer-facing roles, I’ve learned that listening carefully before offering a solution is key. People are more likely to buy when they feel understood, so I focus on asking the right questions first.
