Hey y'all,
I'm Chad and I'm the new Regional Outside Sales Manager for Triton Stone Group in the Mid-West region. We supply countertop manufacturers with the stone, sinks, and tools to fabricate the countertops that go into homes and businesses across America.
I'm a fan of doing more relationship building, listening, and questions on the front so that the solution is tailored to the need of the customer and they'll trust me when I say "it'll help." Once I've done all of that I'll often use an assumptive close approach to finish things up.
Lastly, I'm new to management. Customers, it was all carrots, no sticks which is the approach I'm partial to. Management seems to need a mix of that, so I'm a little out of my depth there. So I'm hoping to learn from y'all a way that fits within my personality to mix in a little stick.
