Hello! My name is Jeff Russell and I'm excited to be a part of this group.
Currently, I work a dual role for a law firm in northern California, Medina McKelvey LLP, and the online training company they founded to serve their clients, Cal Comply. I help the law firm with marketing and I run the startup.
One tactic I recommend to closing more deals is this: Don't go for the hard sell in a B2B environment. My father is a seasoned B2B salesman and he gave me this advice, "Avoid the hard sell. Just help people." I've been doing that and it is working really well.
I'm sure I'll learn a ton from this group. Happy to be here!
