I'm currently a student focusing on learning essential skills in sales and account management through HubSpot Academy. While I'm not yet working in a specific industry, I'm eager to explore opportunities in various sectors to apply my knowledge effectively. One tactic I recommend for closing more deals is building strong relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs and offering personalized solutions. As a member of this study group, I hope to gain practical insights into effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. I look forward to connecting with peers and mentors who can share their experiences and help me develop into a successful account manager.

My name is Stephanie. I'm currently working at a non-profit focused on continuing legal education for Michigan lawyers. My role is Chief Operations Officer.
