How do you identify active buyers?
The modern world has a lot of ways for salespeople to find active buyers. What's your favorite way to identify the people who need your product? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
Active buyers are the people who are looking for solutions to the problems they have. They are searching, talking, and sharing the challenges they face with businesses, friends, and/or family. This is very important information that we have to identify and understand as we know they are active buyers or ready to try what we offer.
It starts with people that are interested in the topic, people that visits our websites meaning they're actively searching for a solution, meaning there's a minimum of commitment we need in order to detect them.
Research ultimately helps to find the Ideal customer.Lot of factors includes geography,requirement,consumption,budget,customization and researching on all these factors will helps to find the ideal customer in an effective way.Once the ICP was found its better to categorize them and give priority based on the categories.
I feel like one of the best way to identify a potential lead is to study & analyze their frequency of viewing of a certain product/service/blog that gives a sense that the lead is currently realizing about a problem that he/she needs to solve
You can identify active buyers online or in person depending on what and where you are selling. Active buyers frequently visit your website if you have one and collecting their emails will help you identify them.
The active buyers are the people who visit our website frequently, view our product pages, and even connect with our team. The connection through WhatsApp, social media, or emails allows our team to elaborate on the sales process to our active buyers. They can also be found on social media by looking at whom they follow or the content that they like and share.
To identify active buyers, monitor for signals such as frequent visits to your website's pricing or product pages, engagement with content or interactions on social media platforms, inquiries through customer service channels, or direct contact requesting more information. These behaviors indicate a strong purchase intent and a readiness to engage in the sales process.
Based on experience and based on the information provided in the certification. Active buyers are found on social media, we need to look for potential customers that are either posting about our product or asking questions or following the Though Leaders that talk about our product.
One of my favourite way is through Social media platforms which gives room for engagement there by leading to getting an understanding of the mindset of your leads within your target customers.
