How do you identify active buyers?
The modern world has a lot of ways for salespeople to find active buyers. What's your favorite way to identify the people who need your product? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
One of the best ways to get active buyers is by attending social fairs events and industry seminars without to mention interacting with groups on social media platforms about the values you may add in regard to your competition.
In the past, for another type of business, I have used Facebook and Instagram. For that business, I saw a lot of freebie seekers and excuse makers who wanted to be ready to purchase but weren't quite there yet. My current focus is a bit different. Definitely use social media, but I'm switching to LinkedIn and going to focus on some of my FB groups. I can also work in Quora and I belong to Alignable (a lesser-known platform but one that has an audience similar to LinkedIn).
One of many ways I have identified an active buyer, is when I see a new article, a blog post, or an industry periodical; and the subject is how a company, agency, or other entity is trying to solve a problem and are openly admitting that their current process is not sustainable.
Every city has a community FB page where all the soccer moms chat and everything. Offering an incentive for a FB mention of our Corporate name would pull in the decision makers in the local residences.
for me i would use the social handles that is so common to my target audience by making use of paid and boosted posting content that is relevant to them .
Deffinitely I will be using social media platforms such as linkedin and looked in to SEO where potential customers log in to our website. It is also important to have a effiecient CRM system for that., then you can gathere all the necessary information regarding customer activities. Try to engage with prospectus customers by identifying there problems and providing ideal solutions.
I am a resume and content writer. As per my service, I use LinkedIn to find my prospects for my resume service, since LinkedIn is preferably used for job searching by most people. To determine my active buyers, I visit their LinkedIn profiles, skim through their professional information, and read through their content and activities to know their current goals and challenges. I also use filters to identify posts of users that require resume writers, within a day.
By automating the website to send inbound leads to the CRM. Also gathering information about the companies that will send anonymous visitors to your website and monitoring social media for signs of warm prospects.
Social Marketing which leads to leads generations from interested prospect. these leads are are sent into the CRM with prospects profiling to help inbound salesperson qualify the leads and help navigate through the buyer's journey.
Sometimes buyers will self-identify simply because they need your product or services for their business modle to function.Other times you will need to filter or flush out who is behind a sales inquiry. Alot more to it than this but this is one approach of many available.
Utilize potential prospects' social media engagement, website interactions made, and form inputs to enrich the information available and add all to your CRM system. With all the gathered information you can turn them into leads or disregard them if does not fit our company's ideal customer persona.
In order to best identify active buyers look for trigger events, events whereby its clear potential buyers are interested in solving their problem or even interested in purchasing your or a similar service.
You identify by interest well thats how we did it so social media and how people interact with the website huge one is email but its all timing favorite way is through social media
