I always ask my clients what their preferred method of communication is. I usually mimick how they communicate. If they call I call, if they text I text, etc.  If a verbal conversation needs to be documented I send an email summarizing our conversation with next steps.

Phone Call: Making sure I'm connecting with the right contacts and associating a voice to the emails.

i connect with my clients via phone calls and also try to reach out to the then by sending out emails

Phone Call: This is a more direct approach to connecting with your contacts

Email: In case they will not be able to answer my call the first time, I will connect to them through email, stating the reason why I'm reaching out to them and asking for their available times to talk over the phone.

Phone Calls: Making phone calls is a more direct and personal way to connect with contacts, allowing for real-time conversation and interaction.
