HubSpot has a lot of tools for connecting with contacts, and there are a host of other tools sales teams use outside of HubSpot. What's your favorite tool for connecting with people? Share your thoughts in the comments below!
I like to submit an email and then follow up with a phone call once I notice they've opened the email. Not all CRM software has the notice though and then it's within 24 hours
I have loved calls since i started in sales but with remote work (and my own buyer persona changing to a person out on foot), email is now my preferred contact method and then sealing the deal literally with a call at the end of their sales cycle. If they want a call during - great, it increases the connection and you are more likely to get them on board as an advocate also. 🙂
Mostly cold calls and emails to leads generated via Google search, zoominfo, or Social Media. Considered doing video messages but not sure in our industry how effective that would be.
