How do you connect with your contacts?

HubSpot has a lot of tools for connecting with contacts, and there are a host of other tools sales teams use outside of HubSpot. What's your favorite tool for connecting with people? Share your thoughts in the comments below!

My favorite tool for connecting with people is through email. However, finding the time to connect in-person has always led to more genuine connection and understanding.

1. Survey Sparrow (Gather information and automate most communications early)

2. Email (In the case that someone falls outside the norm we reach out via email.)

We don't actively communicate with contacts until a consultation takes place.  We border the legal industry and want to ensure they speak to the right people first so our process is pretty hands off and automated.

We use Survey Sparrow for initial forms that are then passed to a lawyer when payment is made for a consultation or in the case of non-legal requests we simply provide information on our website application.

In person when appropriate. Next would be teams. Seeing faces is extremely important in order to build a solid relationship foundation. I said when approriate, because it isn't ALWAYS needed and not everyone wants to meet immediately. The classics - phone call, email and LinkedIn - are important.
