How do you connect with your contacts?

Nothing beats a good CRM, but LinkedIn and social media sites have always been helpful too.  Nowadays, Zoom and all of the other video-conferencing services rule the business communication world.

This is true however the face of social media is changing and a CRM really works as a great way to keep things in a centralized since so many moving pieces are needed to sell in the current sales and service world.

I agree. Using Zoominfo and Linkedin in combination are a great way to find and connect with key contacts.

Slack is currently my favorite tool as of right now because I am more familiar with it. I also don't mind linkedIn when communicating with new people.

Slack is what we use internally and google meet is mainly used for our company meetings 😄

For internal connections, Slack is our go-to. 

For sales prospecting and connecting, LinkedIn is my go-to online tool. I also reply on video conferencing services like Google Meet and Zoom.
