I feel like the most effective way is to actually interact with them on social media on a personal level then dive deep into their current goals/problems they seem to resolve to better identify quality leads and then suggest them a way to reach their goals.

Interacting with them on their social media posts. Following them on social media or even their friends on social media.

One of the best ways is to use social media to connect with them, which could begin with commenting on their posts. Soon, they check your profile and see that you solve problems similar to theirs. They might then decide to at least follow you, and you could follow up with a short message, and so on

Reaching out to our leads for the first time can be quite tricky. It challenges us to deeply understand our customers: what they love, what interests them, what problems and needs they have, and how we can provide the best solution.

find out what their problem, interests are and see how I can contribute to the solution. Reach out with a call

Aim to connect within the first hour, ideally within the first five minutes. Capitalize on their active interest and improve conversion odds.

So far what has been working for us is to connect on social media, commenting some of their posts, sharing their posts with our own thoughts about it.

After that we send a connection request and we mention a specific post and how we can help. Sometimes they want to know more and sometimes they tell us they're not interested.

From what I'm learning here, we are on the right track, we just need to offer more value, before we offer our company as a solution.

Watch out for trigger events e.g. a hashtag on social media where a prospect lays out a challenge/goal they face. Then, connect with them through phone call/social media/etc. You can introduce yourself, remind them of the trigger event and explain that you are interested in helping.

Ideally you would like your lead to contact you. However, you can not afford to wait. Staying connected with relevant content and advice is the best way. Once you have gained their trust. Making a deal will be a short conversation.

Inbound sales leads are frequently connected with via responsive and personalized communication channels such as email, social media, or live chat, based on the prospect's expressed interest or engagement with the company's content.

We can establish a connection with leads by providing them with content that is both relevant and personalized, interacting with them on social platforms, and using email for outreach.
