Look for common connections that can help accelerate trust between myself and the buyer. Otherwise I demonstrate value by providing an insight that I know they need (they've expressed it at a recent conference or social media post).

Yes. No choice. They will hang up on you pretty quickly! Also, have a
smooth understandable voice. Polite and speak at a reasonable rate. Never
sell on the phone.
