Topic Ideas for Project Managers

This year, our partner agency brought some folks from our project management team - and I was so curious to see if anyone found any good sessions for this kind of role or if they had any ideas of sessions or activities for future years that would appeal to someone who is in the weeds with day to day work and implementation but in a very different way. Thoughts?

I’m curious, based on their participation, did they find any sessions particularly valuable for roles focused on day-to-day implementation? Additionally, do you have any suggestions for future sessions or activities that could better address the needs of project managers who are deeply involved in the operational aspects?
