Good evening all.  My name is Le Twan.  I'm currently taking certification courses to get an entry level position in customer/client success.  I'm starting out with Inbound and working my to other courses.  My background is mainly customer service in multiple industries from retail, sales and logistics.  I've served as trainer in these industries as well.  If anyone has any tips to help please let me know.  Glad to be a part of the group.
