It was! The takeaways are making sure your email-related DNS is watertight: DKIM, SPF records and DMARC, don't send spam, and start doing experiments to segments of your audience to improve engagement, as it'll give future emails a better chance of getting in inboxes. Also, play with frequency but don't forget your audience, since infrequent sending means Google, Yahoo, Apple may forget who you are and you're less likely to get into inboxes.
