How often should you audit and update your buyer personas?

It really depends on your market to be honest! Some markets move fast and others move a lot slower. Enterprise b2b has a much longer sales and marketing cycle than a b2c consumer product for example.
Quarterly is a great mid level for review though! I would say at the very least once a year if you have a long sales cycle.
