As a seasoned professional with a passion for driving growth and success in the mortgage industry, I bring a unique blend of expertise and innovative thinking to the table. With a background in marketing and sales, I've honed my skills in lead management, customer experience, and team collaboration.

I also played a key role in migrating CXone service operations into HubSpot, further streamlining our processes and enhancing our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

My journey with HubSpot began in a previous role, where I led the implementation and onboarding process, transforming our mortgage lead management system and driving significant improvements in our sales pipeline management.

I've been driven by a customer-centric approach, a love for problem-solving, and a commitment to staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving mortgage landscape. I'm excited to continue pushing boundaries, exploring new opportunities, and making a meaningful impact in the industry.

How did you start using HubSpot? Was it in your current role, or a different role?

I was part of the team that modernized our mortgage lead management system by implementing HubSpot and also migration of our CXone service operations into HubSpot, further streamlining our workflows and enhancing customer experiences. 

I was impressed by its ability to streamline our lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. We saw significant improvements in our sales pipeline management, and our teams were able to collaborate more effectively. 

HubSpot has been a game-changer for our team, allowing us to manage our leads more efficiently, improve our conversion rates, and provide a better experience for our customers. 

I continue to leverage HubSpot's robust features to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Tell us a little bit about your company and your position.

As a leader in the engineering group at the nation's largest bank, I bring a characteristic combination of strategic vision, adaptability, and results-driven expertise to the table. My strengths span a wide range of IT architecture disciplines, allowing me to drive success and modernize banking systems, including Loan Management Systems (LMS). Additionally, my experience in the secondary mortgage and capital markets has equipped me to harness the power of HubSpot on high-impact projects. With a proven track record of innovation and achievement, I continue to drive banking transformation forward.

What do you do for fun outside of work?

I love to immerse myself in the soundtrack of my youth - lost in the tunes of my 20s, reliving memories and moments that shaped me, and I make sure to prioritize self-care and relaxation to avoid burnout.

With that am able to return to my work with renewed energy and a fresh perspective, ready to take on new challenges and drive success.

If you could have dinner with anyone in the world. (past or present), who would it be and why?

As a family-oriented individual, I've always believed that family is the foundation of life. My grandparents embody the essence of family values, and I cherish the memories we've made together.

If I could have dinner with anyone in the world, it would be with my dear grandparents. The ones who lovingly helped raise me, share wisdom, and shape me into the person I am today.

I fondly remember their warm smiles, comforting embraces, and the countless hours spent listening to their stories. Over dinner, I'd bliss the chance to recall those moments, ask unasked questions, and shower them with gratitude.
