Tracking Volunteer Hours in HubSpot

Hello!

Our small nonprofit recently got HubSpot, and we want to be able to track our volunteer participation and the hours that they volunteer with us. It would need to be an ongoing tracker of hours as our 300+ volunteers often volunteer regularly. 

We cannot use deals as that will be for our development team, and we want to only use one system (HubSpot) to host everything. 

Any advice would be appreciated!

Hi @SPiwonka, the easiest way to do this would be to create custom properties that allow you to track their hours.

Depending on how you capture the hour information (manually or with a form) would determine how you'd want to configure the custom properties and workflows that help keep it up to date.
