FYI: We have "membership code in HubSpot" that we replicate into new HubSpot accounts... this takes minutes so that HubSpot clients don't have to build out a membership / donor model from scratch.  This saves a ton of effort and reduces the opportunity for error.    

 

For example: we can show you how HubSpot runs an entire Chamber of Commerce... then, we copy this "version of HubSpot" into your new HubSpot account. And then we edit and enhance your system after most of the major work is already done (in minutes).

We wrote a program to do this. 

 

Let's say I have 100 custom fields for non-profits and 10 pipelines in HubSpot.

I push a few buttons, and your portal looks like the once I've built.

That's the simple version.

 

I run this program 2x a week - one time for every new client we land. 

 

We call the software MergeSpot.
