Hi @ENadeem,

There is no native support for a direct iMessage integration; Apple does not provide a public API for iMessage.

If you're looking for workarounds, you could:

1. Use HubSpot's SMS features or a third-party integration for text messaging
2. Look into Apple Messages for Business and build a custom integration with HubSpot based on the Conversations API

can i send unlimited messages on whatsapp to a contact if i enable that???

No, there are subscription limits for using the WhatsApp integration.

Alternatively, on the HubSpot app marketplace there are integration providers with their own limits / pricing.

If you connect a WhatsApp channel, "messages sent to your WhatsApp phone number will create a new thread in the inbox."
