Property Listings not showing on the app

HI we are using the free version of Hubspot for Property Sales, the latest version allows you to add property listings which we have done on the desktop. The only issue is when using the app we do not have the listing option. Does anyone else know if it is possible, we have tried reinstalling etc. As a free user we cannot get any IT support.

Hi @GPurkiss,

Are you referring to the mobile app? If so, then this app does not have the full set of features of the web app. If you're not seeing the new objects yet, then that's likely because the mobile app is simply behind. Listings are a recent addition. You would have to access HubSpot on your phone via a browser to view and edit listings, as clunky as it is.

Edit: just double checked and confirmed in my mobile app installation.

You can request that listings be added to the mobile app in the HubSpot Ideas section of the HubSpot Community.
