Outlook Hubspot Sales tool app: Attachments not added when logging email

Using Sales tool App in Outlook: When I log a mail in Outlook after it has been received or send: Attachments are not included with the  mail in Hubspot.

Answer from Hubspot support: "For now, when the email has been sent, the extension wouldn't support logging the attachments. I'm not aware of any roadmap for this feature."

It that really how it works ?  - if attachments are not included when we log a mail from Outlook to Hubspot its not usable.   Thanks

PS: I cannot use BCC forwarding since the decision to log the mail happens later.

PPS: Is this a feature that has been removed recently ?

Yes, that’s correct. HubSpot’s Outlook Sales Tool doesn’t currently support logging attachments when emails are logged after being sent or received. 

A workaround is to manually upload important attachments to the contact, company, or deal record in HubSpot.  This knowledge base here explains more.
