Hubspot & Quickbooks Integration

We’ve created an integration with a one-way sync from QuickBooks -> HubSpot. With this integration, every time we create a new invoice in QuickBooks, a copy gets created in HubSpot as a HubSpot invoice. Several helpful details of the QuickBooks invoice get pulled over into the HubSpot invoice copy when that happens, but our custom field “Project #” is not one of them. Important to note that both the Project # in QuickBooks and the Project # in HubSpot are custom properties we’ve created in each system. How do we sync this custom property?

Hubspot & Quickbooks Integration

Charging Tax HubSpot Invoice and one way sync from HubSpot to QuickBooks online using QuickBooks Online Sync APP.
We are only about 6 Months into transitioning to HubSpot. Seems like everytime we get to a stopping point, we are told HubSpot cannot do that, we are working on a beta or you need an updated SEAT.
My simple question, but I do not like the answers we have seen.
Currently using HubSpot CC processing , setup line item Product Tax codes, using HubSpot native APP QuickBooks Online.
I cannot believe we cannot Charge tax on HubSpot Invoice and NOT sync that HubSpot Invoice to QuickBooks??? Am I missing soemthing basic here?
per HubSpot:

  • "Charging tax: it isn't possible to charge taxes on invoices in HubSpot. If tax is needed on an invoice, it's recommended that the invoices are created in QuickBooks and synced to HubSpot."

We cannot charge taxes on invoices in HubSpot? Really?  "if tax is needed on an invoice?"  We have a TAX NEXUS in 20 states.
Am I missing something here, I hope so.

Hey,

If you're using Operation Hub, you will be able to map custom fields to sync b/w HS and Quickbook.

Here's a reference article: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/connect-hubspot-and-quickbooks-online?hubs_content=knowle....

If you were looking for this, kindly mark the answer as solution.

Here to help, if there's any doubt/follow-up.
