Error setting up PhoneBurner Sync App

解決
Trying to set up the PhoneBurner Data Sync app and I'm getting this error:
Couldn't connect to PhoneBurner
User error on remote account for appId="284307" reason="FAILED" message=""
 
Anybody know the solution to this?
 
I'm on the free version, btw.

Sounds like an account specific issue to me I would connect with Support first, or maybe you just dont have admin rights in both platforms
