Bullhorn Notes Sync Stuck at 0

I've recently added the Bullhorn integration to my Marketing Hub account. The deal and contact records are syncing successfully, but for Notes, the icon just spins and says "Scanning all associated records..." and all columns are stuck at "0". No records are processing whatsoever, even if I adjust the filters. I've even deleted the integration and added it again. My account is connected properly. Is there anything I can do to get this working properly?

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with the Bullhorn Notes sync in your Marketing Hub. 

 

First, ensure that your Bullhorn account has the necessary permissions to access notes. If permissions are fine, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that resolves the issue. You could also check if there are any known outages or issues with the integration on HubSpot’s status page.

Hi Pam,

I did clear my cache. Also, BH permissions should be working fine as the notes were syncing yesterday just fine.

What else can I do? Can someone look into this ?
