What social channels are you currently using?
As a social media marketer, it’s crucial you determine which platforms you’re going to share your content on. There’s not necessarily a right or wrong answer when it comes to which social channels your business should use — it’s more about the needs of your target audience and where they tend to spend their time. With that in mind, which social channels are you currently using and why?
LinkedIn and Twitter are the channels we use most frequently, as they fit best with our target personas and goals from our social pages. But, we also maintain a presence on Facebook and Instagram and cater that content to fit those different types of feeds
LinkedIn is our main social channel, followed by Twitter. We´ve disabled our Facebook account because it´s not relevant for our buyer persona or the right channel for our products or services. We also use Instragram as part of our employer branding estrategy.
As a B2B company, we're in LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook. There would have been some good use for Instagram but we lost access to it because it was connected to a former employee. Don't you wish they have better customer service in giving you back access to your company's account? =D
We do LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and even Pinterest. Our audience has a segment that is on Pinterest and we still get some leads via that channel.
Facebook for connecting with exsisting customers and partners
LinkedIn for lead gen and employee recruiting
Twitter for industy conversations - this would be our fastest growing channel
I would like to start using Instagram & LinkedIn also for employee advocacy/ recruiting. Focusing on company culture and daily life etc. Competition is tough out there to get the best devs! 😅
