What social channels are you currently using?
As a social media marketer, it’s crucial you determine which platforms you’re going to share your content on. There’s not necessarily a right or wrong answer when it comes to which social channels your business should use — it’s more about the needs of your target audience and where they tend to spend their time. With that in mind, which social channels are you currently using and why?
It depends on the client. Some clients have a larger and more engaged/active customer base on LinkedIn, others on Facebook. It depends on their audience and market vertical.
We use Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. While our FB and LI posts often feature our blog posts, industry news, and tips, our IG account includes new employee introductions and personal snapshots of employees doing things they love, like traveling.
Our business is B2B focused And requires more strategic social media efforts. We are using linked in, Facebook and our website. I am curious to see the benefits from using platforms such as Twitter.
I believe paid investments in social media, maybe other than Linkedin B2B initiatives, is useless. Organic growth, leveraging content is the name of the game.
