Website Visitor Data

Hello,

I understand HubSpot doesn't track website visitor data unless they fill out a form on the website. I'm looking for a solution (third party?) that would give me the website visitor data (pre form fill). The idea would then be that I would download the data from the third-party software and upload manually to HubSpot. So far, I've looked at Clearbit, leadfeeder and Hotjar but they only collect who the company is at best. Any insights and suggestions are most appreciated.
