I am Janelle and I am currently a post-grad from Temple University working part-time in the service industry while studying data analytics and marketing. In undergrad, I double-majored in psychology and communications in social influence. I love thinking through customer experience, connecting patterns to create real data insights, and brainstorming action plans through statistics. My marketing superpower is considering both past behavior and anticipating future trends to best understand individual needs, values, and interests to target. I am also completing the IBM Data Analysis Certification course through Coursera. SQL and IBM Cognos are areas I would also like to specialize in.
