Hello! My name is Tony Dickmeyer. I am the lead for business development for our small company. The specific tilte is Strategic Accounts Growth Manager. The company name is Health Systems Sciences (HSS). We currently work in the Federal, State, Local and Education (SLED) healthcare industries. We are also starting to penetrate the private healthcare industry as well, like local non-government healthcare facilities.
I have been with HSS over a year now. The company was starting over 7 years ago but just entered its scaling up stage last year.
I don’t believe I have much for superpowers, but I do like to meet new people and listen to what they have to say and then find a way to apply that to our techniques.
I am currently heavy into the HubSpot training. But I am a strong advocate of the book Extreme Ownership and usually find myself reading up on their materials.

Hey there! Completely new to this...I'm a 20 year executive at a 3rd generation, family owned and operated building service and janitorial contractor. We've never done anything like this, and I'm a complete novice to digital marketing, but I personally wanted to learn something new and develop new skills while also building a foundation for the next generation of our company's success.
No marketing superpowers of which I'm aware, but our growth & success has primarily been the result of our reputation for service, accountability and transparancey. We hope to share our story and communicate our values more broadly with HubSpot.
I'll stumble around this process and try to remain as intentional and diligent in my training and implementation as I can while also doing my day job...Thanks in advance for your patience and support!

Well ... hello everyone! I recently joined a proptech startup as CMO to help them reduce the equity gap for renters with non-traditional sources of income. We ensure fairness by securely reporting a range of deposits, like income paid in cash from day work, side hustles, tips, even compensation received on cash cards. Essentially we make sure everyone and anyone gets credit for their hard work when applying to rent a home or make a purchase.
Marketing superpowers? Gosh ... I don't know that I have a super skill but I love ensuring the customer's voice is heard across the stack, from product design through collateral and into renewal.
I try to read a little over 50 books a year spanning as many topics as possible. At the moment, I'm reading "ADRIATIC: A Concert of Civilizations at the End of the Modern Age", by Robert D. Kaplan and trying to build my cross-era and cross-cultural understanding.
