Hello, I'm Ian McGuire my current role is Marketing Director for McGuire Companies (McGuire/Baart Industrial Group).  I've been with the company for 27 years. We operate in the bearing and power transmission space. Recently we've decided to transition to a more digital marketing approach. It's been fun and challenging to implement these changes. Most importantly, the biggest reward is seeing our investments starting to pay off and knowing that we are constantly improving.

Hi there, I am Kyra Kindred and I just resently started a small business coaching and benefits company with my significant other.  I am new to Hub spot and look forward to learning all it can do for our business.  Prior to that I was running a small Med-spa and responsible for most of the marketing. I was limited to what I could do because everything had to be approved by the owners who were very much skeptical of what social media and electronic marketing could do for their business.  I am really looking forward to expanding all my ideas into workable projects to help move my business forward.

Hello all, I am the Sponsorship Director with "Art For Your Cause". We’re an art marketplace that benefits artists and non-profits. I've been with this organization for about 2 months now. I am new to the marketing world and feel like I am reading/learning a little about everything! LOL

I'm still really new to the game but if I had a marketing superpower at this point, I would have to say, "establishing connections & building rapport" during a cold-call. If I actually get to talk to a prospect, they usually always agree to scheduling a discovery session with me later. I'm always looking for ways to improve overall.

I'm Kristen. I am in week three of a new Marketing Associate position at a technology consulting/implementation company that specializes in non-profits. I would say my marketing superpower is empathy with clients and being able to write as if I know them.  I'm a big fan of messaging and content creation.  I'm also a quick study when it comes to systems like HubSpot and I'm thrilled to be getting to know the ins and outs of the system right now. I've been following along since HubSpot started with their marketing tools, but have never had paid access to the whole kit and kaboodle.  It's like Christmas over here!  😁
