I'm Amy, and am fairly new to Hubspot. I've been using it for about 2 months now at a company I recently joined. I have been marketing IT solutions at various companies for many years with a focus on demand generation/digital marketing. However, I'm a "jane-of-all-trades" and have experience with just about every aspect of marketing - events (in-person and virtual), digital marketing, email, website, SEO/SEM, some PR/AR (not my strong suit, but can manage if needed). I thrive on using metrics to define, develop, and implement marketing programs that contribute to the pipeline, but also embrace the creativity it takes to develop a campaign that connects with the buyer. Although this is my first time with Hubspot, my experience with MAPs goes back to the days of ExactTarget and Salesforce was a "new" tool to replace ACT. I've also worked with Marketo (briefly), Eloqua, and Act-On. I look forward to learning more about Hubspot and getting more entrenched with its features and benefits.

Hola para todos y todas! escribiré en español porque es mi lengua nativa y en la que me relaciono comercialmente. Bueno, también en inglés... pero lo haré en español. Mi nombre es Juliana, hace 11 años estoy en el mundo del marketing digital, siento que mi súper poder esta en la conexión que tengo con los creadores de un producto o servicio, desde su sueño de negocio y en la capacidad que tengo de interpretar las necesidades y comportamientos (habitos) de sus clientes. Es mi súper poder porque estoy convencida de que la idea se debe mantener, aunque la mejores... y que si no escuchas tu nicho de mercado, estás condenado a abandonar ese sueño.  Para mi el inbound es la herramienta escencial para lograr esta conexión y mantenerla en el tiempo, apoyado en todos los canales digitales donde se encuentre tu cliente.  Me gusta escribir y comunicar, estoy actualizando mis certificaciones en Digital Marketing, Green Marketing, Pauta, estrategia digital y deseo aprender a escribir mejores contenidos. I have been with our company for 3 years now. I am currently reading "Radical Candor" by Kim Scott which talks about effective leadership by being assertive and empathetic with your teams (great read). I'm Hoshang Jehangirji - an event planner based in India. The pandemic has brought my industry to a stand still - but being the optimist that I am, I'm taking the opportunity to learn and evolve into a new role. After a brief stint as a freelancer on the UpWork platform, I've dawned the role of a Marketing Manager for a SaaS company based in USA. Hi, I'm Virginia.

I'm trying to build a business with my virtual assistant skills.  I've recently been working as an apprentice for two ladies who are doing online multi-speaker interview shows, and they're telling me how good I am at doing that, but that isn't what I love to do.  Maybe someday, but not now.  I've been learning so much in the process of helping them that I feel like I'm juggling 20 plates and spinning on three wheels, but not fully "getting" anything fully, because I'm learning on the fly for THEIR business needs and just getting things done.  But it isn't familiar to me and I'm feeling overwhelmed and lost.

I worked in corporate offices for nearly 30 years, and was always VERY good with Microsoft Office, proofreading, transcription, organizing calendars and meetings, etc., and that's what I've always dreamed of doing with an online business, but since I began getting my foot in the door this year, all the social media, digital marketing, online apps and integrations and all -- this stuff is really throwing me because I don't know how to implement it for my own business needs.  I'm going through these HubSpot courses so I can do whatever is necessary for OTHER people's businesses in the future as a virtual assistant, but I can't seem to relate it to my own virtual assistant business.

I'm on a rollercoaster not knowing where to begin, but I think there must be something here.
