We generate a form to attract leads but we want the person to register their corporate email and not a personal domain such as Gmail, Hotmail or Outlook, is this possible, has anyone done it?

This is possible. When creating a form and adding the email field, you can then click on the email form and there is a settings to restrict email addresses in the window that pops up to the left:
