With our nurture lists, we update every campaign based on unsubscribed, bounce backs and non-deliveries. With our database of leads, however .... as most people are saying if only there were time and resources once a quarter but we continue to aspire!
Like some have mentioned, cleaning up our database is an ongoing process, but we do intentional sweeps about twice a year. More frequently would be nice, but we're understaffed.
Cleaning our database is a continuous process. We use Salesforce and update/remove company/contact info based on campaign responses, research, and website leads etc.
I wish I could explain our process. We don't have one and no one on the sales team keeps their contacts up to date. So it's not that we have a bad system, we don't have a system, and it's very upsetting.
