I've created a workflow to help me identify non-active marketing contacts. we manually remove them every 6 months.

With our nurture lists, we update every campaign based on unsubscribed, bounce backs and non-deliveries. With our database of leads, however .... as most people are saying if only there were time and resources once a quarter but we continue to aspire!

Like some have mentioned, cleaning up our database is an ongoing process, but we do intentional sweeps about twice a year. More frequently would be nice, but we're understaffed.
