I noticed that our existing contact form has been generating more spam messages and offers than actual leads or customer messages. (It's a pretty good form though) I'm thinking of suggesting we use captcha to lessen or hopefully eliminate these unwanted responses. Will that be effective?

Hi @Florina,
thank you for a great question!
Using CAPTCHA is a good idea; this is one of the recommended methods to prevent spam form submissions in our technical documentation.
I also wanted to share this Community article where @danmoyle and @karstenkoehler provide a couple of other helpful tips and insigts.
Cheers
