Can't log meetings

Hi - one of my team members can't log meetings. When he tries to click on the button "Log meeting" it is grey. This has become incredibly disruptive as we can't keep track of our data/info.

Please can someone explain why this might be the case?

I reached out to support and they weren't helpful and directed me here.

A greyed-out 'Log Meeting' button could be due to permission settings, a system bug, or a required field missing. Have you checked if the user has the right permissions or tried clearing the cache?

Also, I've noticed similar issues being discussed in forums—kind of like how   Arabic television forums dive deep into tech troubleshooting for streaming services! Hope someone here can provide a solution.

At first please clear cache of browser

Select another browser

Go from ignognito

Log out from HB account and log in again

Check the billing details

Let me know after the actions please

This likely has to do with the permissions of that user. Can you please describe or attach a screenshot of where the user is trying to log a meeting? Is it directly on the record activity like below? 

If so, you will want to check the ownership of that record and if the user has permission to edit records with that owner. A Super Admin should have access to assist you with adjusting those permissions.
