Hi - one of my team members can't log meetings. When he tries to click on the button "Log meeting" it is grey. This has become incredibly disruptive as we can't keep track of our data/info.
Please can someone explain why this might be the case?

This likely has to do with the permissions of that user. Can you please describe or attach a screenshot of where the user is trying to log a meeting? Is it directly on the record activity like below?
If so, you will want to check the ownership of that record and if the user has permission to edit records with that owner. A Super Admin should have access to assist you with adjusting those permissions.
