Hi Everyone my name is Kevin Francis I am a Client Service Manager with Swiss Post Solutions. My industry focus is in Service primarly outsourcing business. I have been with my company for over 8 years. I am actually hear to see if I do have a "marketing superpower" as it is not a main focus of my role. I am hoping to learn more about marketing and as I am learning I have realized how I may actually be using it everyday while I have interactions with my clients. On Hubspot academy I am learning Inbound, Marketing, and reporting. I am in everyones care!
I like to think that ½ of marketing is building relationships, but the other ½ is maintaining them. That's what really sets inbound marketing apart for me. More than just selling products, we're thinking people-first and trying to create value in every interaction. I'm excited to help you uncover your super power! After learning about inbound, reporting, and the marketing software, you probably have more than one!

Thank you @JorieMunroe for your support and encouragment! I have completed the Inbound certification and finished the exam for Reporting. I am now working on the Contextual marketing exam. I have noticed that I have been using the flywheel through most of my career it was like a carpanteer using a tool just not knowing it was a "hammer" the whole time. Knowing what it is brings more insight to all its capabilities.

I've been with my company for almost 5 months now. I have a BSB in Marketing from DePaul University and feel that I'm great at telling stories and bridging connections. I know how to tell a narrative!

Hi everyone! Marty Williams from Vanguard Group Ltd here, New Zealand based. I am Vanguard's Marketing Coordinator. We provide vehicle and pedestrian safety solutions to businesses around the country. I have been with the team since November 2020. At 27 and still relatively new to the company, I bring a fresh perspective to the team, offering new ideas based on contemporary changes in the industry. We're making big changes in the company at the moment, integrating our systems, with HubSpot intended to be the centre of it all. We're also on our way to building a new website and creating more streams for contact attraction and conversion. It's been fascinating researching new methods of presenting our material to the country and creating new/nurturing existing contacts with the channels available to us.
I look forward to reading about the approaches everyone is taking to drive their marketing efforts! forward to reading about the approaches everyone is taking to drive their marketing efforts!

Hello Everyone,
I work as Director of Development and Marketing for an Abbey and School in Ireland. I also consult with other non-profits to develop their major-gift fundraising capabilities and help them design campaigns and communication strategies.
My work is predominantly in the not-for-profit sectors and more specifically in education, healthcare, and human services.
I have worked with the Abbey and Shcool for the last four years, and in the fundraising sector for the last 9 years.
Superpower 🙂 I suppose is the ability to distil complex organisational strategies into simple to understand needs, so people understand how they can engage and help.
Currently delving into SEO, Content, and paid digital advertising.

Hello everyone! I am currently looking for my next adventure, but I have spent the past 14 years in various marcomm/social media roles in the higher education and nonprofit sectors! My marketing superpowers would be adaptability and community building - five years ago, I started HigherEdSocial on Slack, a community of higher education social media marketers. I'm currently reading "Imperfect Union" by Steve Inskeep and am getting ready to read "Made to Stick."

Big fan of setting and hitting OKRs! It's my favorite goal setting framework! I learned the framework from @Julien (who runs the Crediential program on the Academy team) and never turned back. Smart goal, who?
Excited to share more about what HubSpot has to offer!

Hello Everyone!
My name is April and I'm a Digital Content Producer for a marketing agency in Michigan. I just started this role this week after having spent years as a digital journalist. My marketing superpower is two-fold, at least in my opinion, I think I'm really good at making connections and telling the most important story -- the one that will generate leads. I'm currently reading several books, including "A Promised Land" by Barack Obama, "The Prophets" by Robert Jones Jr., and when I need something light and fun, "Act Your Age, Eve Brown" by Talia Hibbert.
One of my favorite adages is: "Today’s consumer doesn’t decide to buy based on what you’re selling, but rather why you’re selling it." In my mind, that's what makes storytelling such a powerful skill. It helps us reach our audiences in a helpful and human way and build meaningful connections. Looking forward to chatting more about this with you in the future!

Thank you for the warm welcome Jorie! I agree wholeheartedly with that adage. The mystery of "why" and the power that a good story can weild is part of why I love writing, journalism, and have come to learn the benefits of marketing said story. This is a journey and I'm excited to be on it!
