June 20, 2023 Legal Stuff Update

HubSpot recently updated the following legal documents, which are all included in our Customer Terms of Service: 

• November 15, 2022 Sub-Processors Page
• November 15, 2022 Regional Data Hosting Policy

We wanted to give you some information on what's changed below.  Please remember that this is just an informal, high-level summary of the most recent changes to these documents, and that you should always make sure you’ve read and understood the complete Customer Terms of Service before you use our products or services.

We’ve also made minor drafting clean-ups and clarifications across the terms.

Sub-Processor Page Updates 

• To support the new AI Products, we have updated our Sub-Processor Page to include Open AI, LLC as a Sub-Processors for our AI Products.  
• We updated the names of the other Sub-Processors to reflect the legal contracting entity names. 
• We updated the Cloudflare hosting location link for additional information.  

Regional Data Hosting Policy Updates 

• To support the new AI Products, we have updated our Regional Data Hosting Policy to include the location of data processing for Open AI, LLC.  
• We updated the names of the other Sub-Processors to reflect the legal contracting entity names in this document as well.   
• We updated the Cloudflare hosting location link for additional information.
