workflow triggers based on hubspot user information and activities
Idea: Have workflow triggers based on hubspot users, example: User A (lets call him Bob) is in a meeting, or Bob is active in chat, or Bob has a >70% email response rate, etc. as a workflow trigger // if/then branch use
Example Use Case: Bob is currently in a meeting, do not assign Bob as a contact owner. IF owner is in a meeting, then rotate record owner for a newly created lead to a different owner to take more immediate action.
Use Case 2: Bob is active in chat, therefore is online, a new lead just submitted a form, assign Bob this lead to message them immediately.
Is this possible now? I was trying to find a way to reach the same outcome. Contact owner + last sequence enrollment (if you have specific sequences for individual reps) is close, but still room for error.
Yes I would like this for Onboarding of new individuals when a new user is created, I would like to assign them tasks that help them learn Hubspot and customize their views.
