Hi, the current webinar integrations don't have (as far as I could see it..) not the customer process that when somebody signs up for a webinar, a direct invite is sent to their agenda. which is really customer friendly (and expected!) and you don't have to send an extra email with webinar link etc etc. I'm really missing a good webinar process and integration with Hubspot. We are thinking to go for Demio as they have a great sign up process.. but there is no integration with Hubspot.. or we need to use workarounds with imports etc.. which is not ideal. It surprises me that Hubspot is behind on this. Maybe I'm missing something?

This integration allows you to send Demio data to HubSpot by capturing leads, passing their registration data, and adding contacts to lists based on specific behavioral triggers within Demio and/or recording Timeline Events for each of these behaviors. Thank you so much for your question! Currently the integration is only set up to push information from Demio to HubSpot. Once you have pushed a contact to your Statitc list in Huspot, you are able to filter activity for that contact, and one filter option under Contact Activity is for Marketing Emails. However, currently we do not have a feature to track Demio events as Marketing Events as a whole, but I'll be sure to pass this as a feature suggestion back to our Product team on your behalf, as being able to track Demio events as Marketing Events in Hubspot would be a really helpful feature to those that use this integration.

I also have a question for @DemioSupport. We would like to collect webinar registrations on HubSpot landing page so that all the important data would go directly to our CRM. But is there a change to somehow transfer registrants from HubSpot to Demio. This works currently smoothly with GotoWebinar and HUbSpot.

I'm using the integration between Demio and Hubspot to keep track on the attendees, registrants and missed. However, when I check a contact who did attend the webinar and is the list in Hubspot "attendeed" - I can't see anthing in this contact activity. No trace that he did attend a webinar. Is there something to do to see webinar's activity in the contact's activity on Hubspot?
