vCard/.vcf from Hubspot and Addons

I think it is necessary to have the ability to send a contact card via the HubSpot email integration, whether from the website or the Outlook/Gmail addons.

All CRMs have this ability in one form or another, as it is part of the whole scope of managing clients, making information easily accessible.

Exporting to a csv is counter productive, as it requires reorganizing. Copy and paste from the contact's page would be quicker but still not ideal.

I would agree, one workflow I am working on is using HubSpot to Swap Contact Details that is triggered from an NFC / QR code scan from a Business Card. It would be great to send your contact the VCard (.vcf) once they fill in a Contact Form.

Yes, it should be possible for us as a sales person to pass our account data (to be maintained in HubSpot) to the customer via NFC.

I need this too please - at the very least it should be in the mobile app as suggested - share as vcard (to contacts or WhatsApp) or download to phone.

The rationale is that many people we deal with use WhatsApp heavily, and they need to be in your phone contacts to communicate with them (or you have to manually copy/paste which is tedious).

Can we have a response please Hubspot team? Thanks

Hi, I solved this problem by uploading a .vcf file. And then only Contact Form in the Thank You / Redirect Page I set up a Button with URL to the vcf so it can be downloaded.

I don't understand what you're proposing - can you explain it in more detail? Just to be clear, we're talking about sharing a contact from Hubspot, not uploading vcards.

Get access to having google contacts. if your email is through google you'll already have access to this. create a contact, click the 3 vertical dots 'more actions' > export contact > choose .vcf file

then upload this file into your HubSpot Library > Files. You can then choose the type of hyperlink you want based on the various web addresses you've set up and insert that hyperlink into emails or sms' you send out 🙂
