slack notification when workflow has an error

It would be a great feature to get notified for example via slack when a workflow has an error.

Currently the only way to check for errors is manually in the performance tab of the workflow:

However it would be great if you had the ability to send slack notifications, in order to get notified proactively

It is now possible to receive workflow error notifications via slack, email, in-app, and mobile.
