register of the call connected

Inside of the Hubspot exist a property that makes a register of the contacts in general that are made on the platform, with an automatic way.This function is provided for the hubspot, for that reason, this function cannot be changed. I need a function that can register all the dates of the calls that are made and connected, because of that I created a flow that has a trigger on the result of the call.

The question is that I don’t know if it works, cause there are more than one call connected for a ticket. Through this, will there be some updates as calls are made? I would like to know if someone passes for the same issue and if exists another way to get this information.
