"chat transcript email sent" log is not seen in ticket timeline
we want to see when and who sent the chat transcript email! we want to see this activity in the tickets timeline, like as when we send emails to customers.
for example, I send a chat transcript email but after that, our specialist said he had sent the chat transcript email! and now our customer see two same emails from us! without we can know about it. because this activity is not shown anywhere.
Same situation here. It would be awesome if a record showing the transcript email was successfully sent which could then show viewing activity for that email.
