Interesting that the Hubspot Help Chat has the wavy ellipses to show that someone is typing a response back, but it doesn't seem that exists on the actual platform chat function. Would be useful if this doesn't already exist.
Yes we are noticing that we too can not see when another rep is responding to a lead or customer, causing multiple reps responding at the same time. Not a great look to our users and leads.
